My Story
Being raised with sound morals and values from a disciplinary grandmother proves that the power of a strong influential woman can have a positive impact on the core a strong man. From washing dishes at home to running, the dishwasher in restaurants, from cucumber fields to the inclement weather doing construction, has compelled life to a greater purpose. John believed that there was much more to life besides the chickens and hogs in the back yard. Which lead him to explore other options. He decided to attend Benedict College in Columbia, SC, where he received a B.S. degree in Community Recreation and later received his M.S. degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD. He always had a passion for helping others, from coaching and mentoring the youth on the field of sports to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental challenges in the field of life.
As a life and wellness coach, I have been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade and have helped individuals from various walks of life improve their health. With a Certification in Holistic and Integrative, Brain Health, and Food, Health & Nutrition, John has been providing service to soldiers in the US army, professional and college athletes, special needs persons and the general public. I have always had a passion for helping improve their overall well-being.
