About Me.
Looking to others for assistance can be a scary thing. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable to a virtual stranger is not something that comes natural to us, especially as it relates to past hurts. Learning to cope by using the strengths that one already possesses without the use of maladaptive habits will be the key to obtaining the resilience and wholeness that one has been searching for.
